Processing time:

Orders usually take between 1-3 business days to dispatch. During busier periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Taxes & Duties

Duties and customs fees may apply to customers residing outside of the United Kingdom. Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that are incurred during delivery.

Damaged Orders

We do our best to ensure your items are well protected and delivered without issue. However, if your items do arrive damaged, please contact us here or via email (helloeggzworld@gmail.com) with pictures and we will do our best to resolve the issue as best we can. Please make sure to keep all original packaging and products to better assist our investigation.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived, but has been marked as “delivered” please contact your shipping courier. They may be able to provide more information with your tracking number. Please also check for any delivery notices for pickup at your local post office or at your door as sometimes packages are left there.
